Hi! I’m Valerie Cisneros, Founder and CEO of Maestro. With over 12 years in the real estate world, I’ve worn just about every hat — from Transaction Coordinator and Executive Assistant to Buyers Agent and Director of Operations. I’ve worked in the trenches, led high-performing teams, and built systems that keep transactions smooth and clients happy.
My real estate journey began in 2011, and it’s been a rewarding ride ever since. By 2016, I was leading operations for a bilingual real estate team, where I discovered my passion for supporting agents behind the scenes. That experience lit a spark, and in June 2021, Maestro was born.
At Maestro, we specialize in real estate transaction coordination — from listing launch to closing day. Whether you're a solo agent or part of a growing team, we’re here to help you stay organized, meet deadlines, and deliver a top-tier experience to your clients. We also offer personalized coaching and training to help agents and admin teams grow confidently and sustainably.

Mentoring others in the industry is one of my greatest joys, and I’m committed to building a business that uplifts and empowers.
