Welcome to Maestro Bilingual Real Estate Transaction Coordination Services! I'm Valerie Cisneros, the Founder and CEO of our company. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector, I've navigated every facet of the industry, from transaction coordination and team leadership to operational management and strategic planning.
My journey in real estate began in 2011 as a Transaction Coordinator, where I quickly rose through the ranks to become an Executive Assistant and eventually a Buyers Agent, consistently achieving impressive sales figures year after year. In 2016, I stepped into the role of Director of Operations, overseeing the comprehensive management of a Bilingual Real Estate Team, where I fine-tuned my skills in recruitment, training, and administration.
Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, I founded Maestro in June 2021. As the CEO, I lead a dedicated team of professionals in delivering specialized services, including listing coordination, contract-to-close processes, and personalized coaching for real estate agents nationwide.
At Maestro, we pride ourselves on our ability to streamline transactions, drive operational efficiencies, and empower real estate professionals to excel in competitive markets. With a keen focus on bilingual (Spanish) client services and a proven track record of coaching new agents to success, I'm dedicated to supporting our clients every step of the way.
